The winery

The grappa private collection of the founder Trussoni has its ancient roots in 1885, commissioned by Francesco Trussoni, master of stills in Gallo d’Alba. He had the brilliant intuition to create Grappa di Barolo, the first single variety in history. It was his daughter Angela Trussoni who perfected the production processes, adopting the steam stills, still used today.
